1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:

For Jewellery Products

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • All original tags, bill/invoice, certificate, and packaging must be intact.

  • Customized or engraved jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Damaged or altered jewellery will not be accepted.

For Kitchenware Products

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • Used or damaged products will not be eligible for return.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • After 7 days, we will not be able to accept return requests.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom jewellery orders

  • Engraved or personalized products

  • Used or damaged kitchenware

  • Items purchased on special sale or clearance


4. Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the following way:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • Refund may take 5–7 working days after inspection and approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange a product:

  • You may choose another item of equal or higher value.

  • In case of higher value, the difference amount must be paid by the customer.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers must return products using a reliable courier service.

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • In case of wrong or defective delivery, we will arrange free pickup.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos/video proof for quick verification.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they are not yet shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may apply for a return instead.
